Cats to be REHOME!

Urgent adoption needed!

These stray cats lives in an abandoned government building at Kempas,JB. The building was previously occupied and the cats used to get food but after the people moved out, the cats were left behind so I have been regularly feeding them together with a friend of mine.

There's estimated around 15 cats or more living there now.Unfortunately, I recently found out that a government department will be moving into the building after Hari Raya and will get rid of all the cats there.
I'm very worried about what they might do to the cats or where they might throw them. Is anyone willing to adopt or temporary foster them?

Grey

This story is dedicated to Grey, a brave and loving fallen soldier...
The sun was setting and it was time to hunt for food. Slowly I came out from my hiding place, dragging my weak body across the field.
Living had started to become tougher and tougher after the humans left for a newer and bigger place. I had to sharpen the skills that my ancestors were good at in order to hunt for food and to fight for the limited resources left. Especially against the orange cat who likes to cross over to my territory. I fight with him almost every day. Of course, I was always the winner. As a warrior, I had scars and injuries throughout my body. I could not remember when the wounds on me stopped healing properly. Even though my body was aching, I could not care much when I have to struggle to find food to keep myself alive.
The sky was painted orange by the sunset, the grass was green and I can feel the wind on my face. I was born and grew up here. I love the field and the human beings who used to live here. Food used to be easily available from them, and in return, my friends and I kept them company. But now, we were left alone with these empty walls and furniture.
Heading south into a small forest, I went to hunt for food as usual. However, I could not find any food today. When I was about to look for another hunting location, I bumped into the orange cat. He told me that humans were giving food to us back at the abandoned building. Guess luck was still with me.
Thank God, ever since then, I did not need to worry about my dinner any more. Canned food was my favorite, but rice with fish was fine with me.
Despite regular feeding, my body was getting weaker day by day. There were no signs of healing for my wounds, and in fact, they got worst. I started to feel intense pain in my lower body. My scrotum had ruptured and the testicle was swollen without any reasons. I tried to clean it more often, but each time I tried, it felt as if it was stabbed by a knife. After some time, the swelling started to discharge milky fluid and it had a very bad smell. I was very upset and feared for my health.
One day after a nice meal, I was places in a cage by two ladies. I did not know what happened, but I trusted them as they fed me for the past one month and never hurt me. My friends were concerned about me, especially GirlGirl, a peach coloured kitten who escorted me all the way to the car. I asked her not to worry and promised her that I would come back home.
I was brought to a place with lots of cats and dogs. I guess it is an animal hospital. I overheard the dialogue between the ladies and the doctor about my wound and something called FIV. I was then caged in the hospital and given a name - Grey. I think it was a good name and I loved it.
The next day, I was put on a silvery cold table and was being poked by something sharp. After feeling something going into my blood, I started to feel drowsy and could not keep my eyes open. When I woke up, I felt pain over my face, back and my lower part and then I noticed that the swelling was gone. I guess the people were trying to help me.
The two ladies came to see me a few times after that. I was happy to see them and tried to tell them that I wanted to go home, but they said I need more time to recover. I went back in the cage and waited while I longed to see the green fields of grass at home.
I was recovering in the hospital, when I suddenly started to have severe diarrhea and vomiting. The two ladies who brought me here and the doctor looked very worried. Apparently the doctor would not let me stay in her place anymore because I was infected by an infectious disease called Parvovirus.
So, the ladies brought me back to their place with drips in my hand. They set up a neat place for me at the shaded place behind the house and kept comforting me by talking to me. One of the lady said I will follow her surname and I think I should call her mommy. I tried not to look ill by answering them and wagging my tails, but I was too sick to convince them.
At night, the vomiting and diarrhea stopped. The sky was clear and the night breeze blew on my face. I thought of that abandoned place where I grew up, the field where I used to walk every day and my friends who lived there. I miss them so much. It has been two weeks since I was brought away from my home.
In the morning I wagged my tail and meowed at mommy to greet her but after a while I felt extremely sick. I vomited and passed out a lot of blood and mucus. I don’t think I can make it this time. I was too tired...
Thank you doctors and everyone who were concerned about me..
Thank you mommy for your love..
Sorry GirlGirl for breaking the promise I made to you..
Good bye home, good bye world..
